Last November, we conducted two focus groups with doctors from different health centres of the Ministry of Public Health to discuss in depth the care provided to patients with diabetes in their health centres in Quito.
They addressed issues related to the care of patients with diabetes, in areas such as assessment, follow-up and pharmacological treatment.
The groups were moderated by colleagues Dr Andrea Bravo and Jessica Pinto, who played a key role in facilitating the discussions.
