The Miguel Hernández University has published a communiqué on the progress of the actions carried out by CEAD on the management of diabetes in Ecuador, adapted to the extraordinary circumstances by COVID with telematic support.
We have also had a great reception in the local communities in Esmeralda and the people selected to participate in the study show great interest. In addition, we have started with the pilot study of the population-based survey in an urban district in Quito, thanks to the collaboration with the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
